Laurent Cadji, chief executive of Union Maritime, is emphatic that geopolitical uncertainties in shipping will not detract from the need for the industry to push ahead with its transition to clean fuels and technologies.
Union Maritime has an orderbook of 47 vessels, and Cadji admitted in an interview with TradeWinds that this could soon be 50 as options with yards are taken.
